The company was established on March 28,2002 and started its production on Sept 26,2002,

The total investment reaches to USD 14,000,000 and registered capital USD 7,000,000. The company made ISO9001 in June of 2003: 2000 quality management system authentication . Obtain ISO14000 quality environmental management authentication in April of 2005. The company is located in MATSUOKA Industrial Zone of Xincang Town, Pinghu City, Zhejiang Province. It also enjoys all kinds of facilities of its zone. (power plant, water plant, sewage disposal center, boiler and hotel etc.) The company covers an area of 17,500 sqm and 1,120 sqm for its offices and labs. It has 20 sets of machines of coating, laminating, bonding, pealing, settering, spreading, calendaring, detecting, packing, Those are all imported from Japan. The company is mainly produce high-level garment fabric that has high water repellency, water proolness, water uapour, permeability, anti-wringle and anti-mildew and other functions. Its products has been used for work garment, sportswear, casual wears, rain coats, out-door tents etc.

Meanwhile it also can produce any fabrics according to the customer’s requirement like add some physical anti-mildewed materials to make the fabric has physical anti-mildewed function. These fabrics can be used for all kinds of under wears, army and hospital uniforms, quilts, and so on.
